Second Spring
A Perimenopause & Menopause Sharing Circle with Dr. Emily Blanche, L.Ac.
Saturday, October 17 | 2–3:30 PM
at Kaya Holistic
Perimenopause and menopause mark a powerful season of change—a transition that invites us to nourish ourselves differently, reconnect with our bodies, and embrace the wisdom of this next chapter.
Join Emily Blanche, L.Ac., for a welcoming Second Spring Circle, a gathering for women to connect, share, and explore the possibilities of this transformative time. Through meditation, tea, meaningful conversation, and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we’ll explore how food energetics can help nourish our essence, replenish our reserves, and support greater balance and vitality.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this stage of life can be understood not simply as an ending, but as an opportunity to cultivate a new kind of strength, wisdom, and well-being. Together, we’ll explore ways to move from depletion toward nourishment, honoring this natural transition as a gateway to some of the most powerful decades of our lives.
What to Expect:
- An introduction to the circle and a welcoming cup of tea
- Grounding and centering meditation
- A supportive sharing circle for connection and reflection
- An introduction to food energetics through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Practical insights into nourishing essence and replenishing your reserves
Whether you’re approaching perimenopause, navigating menopause, or simply curious about this season of life, you are welcome. This circle is open to women of all ages and offers a space to listen, learn, share, and feel supported.
